Hi did anyone find an answer for this? I'm having the same issue. also 18plate. if a passenger tries the door handle before i have a chance to unlock the passenger door will still open and the alarm goes off. I dont think it ever locks on passenger side which isnt' good.... Anything I can try before...

So I’ve tried all of the above, it’s not the fob battery and it’s not the car battery. Does anyone have any more ideas? Feeling really frustrated now as it can go for days working fine then suddenly takes a while to respond to unlock doors (using the buttons on the car) and won’t start the car strai...

Fob battery was changed for a Panasonic one in the summer and then again recently by a local garage with their stock. I hoped the use good quality ? (Cost me £8!!!) Yes all doors can decide not to unlock at random times. I mainly use driver and hatch so that’s where o notice it more When it happenes I can only unlock/lock the door when I use the remote buttons on fob. And then the car won’t start: the start screen doesn’t even come on it’s as if car is a asleep...

Hi Richard to you find a soloution? I’ve been experiencing the same issue intermittently for nearly a year now. It’s getting really annoying. Not sure garage will find a problem if I book it in as some days it works some it doesn’t.
