Well an update on this, turns out that no parts are defective or creaking, the drivers door had sagged by half an inch causing the latch to vibrate the connecting rod to the door handle which was causing the cricket sound, door has been reallignedand no longer creaks, so wd40 and lubricant definate...

In my old car (Juke), the engine remained off for nearly 5 minutes before it would start back up. Where you grounded the Earth, is that a painted screw or just naturally dark? I tried grounding mine to the screw on the left, in the J11b they replaced the screw with a bolt but I think it's still the same, unfortunately, my Nextbase hardwire kit doesn't turn on

Shock sensor as in when you kick the tyre, bang on the window or door or anywhere and the alarm goes off, does the 2014-2021 J11 and J11b Qashqai have shock sensor?
