Re: Front lights set up
I'm continually amazed that people manage to spend tens of thousands of pounds on cars without checking the basic specifications. I often hear about people suffering a puncture and being shocked to discover they don't have a spare wheel!

Re: Tyre pressures
I think the advice is if you are checking your pressures do it before you drive, not after a drive. Yes, it should be done when cold, and that includes not doing it when the sun is shining on one side of the car! Certainly you should do it at home with the tyre pressure gauge you carry in the boot,...

Re: 2024 QQ 158 Tekna Xtronic - Brake pad/disc noise and "clunk" from passenger door when engine is shut off
I've not experienced either of these issues. Definitely get the brakes checked by the dealer you bought the car from. They shouldn't be making that noise, especially not while not actually braking. I can't find anything about door locks that is linked to the ignition, but this may vary in different ...

Re: Stop annoying connections message every time I switch on my car (2023 Qashqai)
For the seatbelt warning that stays there for 30 seconds you can either press OK to clear it, or if you keep all rear seatbelts fastened it doesn't show up at all. For the terms acceptance, has anyone verified what happens if you just ignore it? I know the dialogue box disappears after a short while...

Re: Qashqai E-power Dash Cam
It's fixed just to the left (nearside) of the centre mirror. I'm afraid I don't know where they put the wiring, it's not visible. It doesn't have an always-on parking mode, but it does have an impact sensor that will initiate recording for 1 minute if your car is hit while parked provided the car ba...
