Sounds like interior vibration, have seen the heater matrix pipe behind the passanger side lower dash cover rattle against hvac unit cause this and also from under the bonnet we have seen rattles like that occur due to where the heater matrix pipes go in to the car wrap a ziptie around the both pip...

Just to update you on the sound, it's still there. Mechanics said no issues with the engine, timing chain, oil, etc. It's just vibration from some plastic parts. They taped it, it stopped for a day but started again which is quite annoying. I might take it back again
