To the OP, did you end up finding a resolution to this? I have a 2008 Qashqai tekna with a similar problem: the alarm goes off but usually when I haven't used the car for 3-4 days. I'm not able to deactivate the siren and I usually end up driving it about until it eventually switches off on its own!...
