It turned out to be the battery as a day or so later it was completely dead.

So you may need to charge your battery or get a replacement!

Yeah battery issues was my first thought. It does happen with both keys and the battery is the FIAMM make, so I considered myself lucky to have not needed to change it so far! It’s booked in for its service and first MOT in a week or so. So I’ll get Nissan to check it out. Thanks for the help! 👍🏻
