I have just changed the car battery so need to enter the radio code, no problem you would think.

I have the original dealer documentation and code (which I have used before) however when I enter it I get the dreaded code not recognised.

Any suggestions?

I certainly can't help but can you say which QQ you have, which year and which radio ?
A pain, I know, but it's going to save time for someone more knowledgeable

I contacted Nissan who were very helpful and provided a code which worked.

Can anyone confirm if it's true that J11s with the Connect 3 system don't need a radio code if disconnected from the battery? I didn't get a code with mine and when I asked Nissan for one he said if its got a sat nav it doesn't need one.

My J10 with sat nav certainly did though.

Yes I understand there's no code for the J11 models with Connect system.
