Rear sonar / parking sensor false alarm

Hi all,
I have a 2008 Qashqai and in the last couple of weeks the rear parking sensor is always indicating false alarm in all cases. I've tried to clean them with cloth/water/everything but nothing helped. I was waiting for several weeks hoping that maybe it would dry off if there is water in it but nothing changed
Any ideas how i could disassemble the sensors and clean them one by one? I am hoping that they can be disassembled without getting the rear bumber off.Please advise, thank you!
