Help!!!

I am at a loss

We noticed (following periods of heavy rain) that the driver side carpet was wet and the windows were fogging up.

Today I decided to investigate. The drains by the wipers are clear. I lifted the driver side carpet and beneath is a big chunk of foam. That was saturated and it had pooled beneath the foam.

I am confident it is rainwater and nothing else but I have been unable to determine where it's coming from.

Any ideas would be very much appreciated. Thanks

Have you had the aircon on a lot? Could possibly be a disconnected hose that shoukd drain below the car. Heard of this before both on here and via a friend.

Hi, only to clear the mist. The amount of water can be measured in the pints! Noticed a small pool of water on the carpet (soaked through) following rain whilst it was stationary in the drive. Would air con produce that much water?
