does anyone know if an upgrade heater is available for the qashqai ?I cannot de mist the windows until about half an hour after starting the car. apparently the heaters fitted are from a megane and are not powerful enough.Also in this weather its not hot enough.

if its taking 1/2 hr to de mist is it also taking 1/2 hr for the engine to reach normal temp? should be up to temp in a couple of miles and then the heater is at full...suspect thremostat if engine slow to warm up.
