Hi All,
I'm experiencing trouble with my rear passenger door. Despite having the child lock off, it refuses to open from the inside. Occasionally, pressing the unlock button on the key fob allows it to open, but this is inconsistent.
Could you please advise if I am missing anything or doing it wrong something? Additionally, if repairs are necessary, I have an RAC warranty. However, it's worth noting that the diagnostic cost isn't covered under my plan. Would you recommend proceeding with RAC for repairs?

RAC don't do repairs; they point you to one of their preferred garages. I've used RAC Extended Warranty recently for a repair but insisted they use local franchised dealer.
