Hi All,

I am new to the forum and I am sorry if this has been on before.

I have had my 56 plate tekna for 12 years and I have replaced both headlights in the past.

My passenger side has gone again.

Does anyone know if it is possible to put normal headlight units on as a replacement or is it different wiring.

Obviously if it is possible I would change the two.

Thanks Andy

don`t think you can as fitting may be different, if you take your current bulb out and have a look at the fitting you`ll soon see.

Sorry I mean changing the whole light unit not the bulb so it would be the plug into the wiring harness

think the wires may be different and you would have to replace both sides at the same time, is it not easier for you just to get a new bulb ?

imo the standard halogen units are quite poor, if it were me I'd stick with Xenon and bulb replacements.
