Injector Leak Help

I have been having problems with a ticking noise and a fault code showed a issue with injector 1.

To test the fault I swapped injector 4 with injector 1, testing did was not conclusive so I put the injectors back in there orginal spots.

I am now getting desel leaking from the injector leak off pipe connector on injector 1.

I have looked the connector and it seems to be the same as the others not broken, its defently seated well and i have attempted to reset a few times.

As soon as the engine starts the leak of pipe connector starts dripping.

Can any one help, do I need a new leak off pipe?
