Roof drains

Do I assume that the dreaded roof drains are only fitted to cars with an opening sunroof and not to cars with the panoramic roof? I am still getting water in the offside boot well after sealing round the grommets where the wiring comes through and from reading posts on this forum I am thinking it may be the roof aerial where the water is getting in.
