J12 . 1.3 engine knock at turn off

I have a Qashqai 1.3 petrol 2023, I have recently noticed that occasionally when turning the engine off I can hear a single knock from the drivers side engine compartment, sounds similar to a valve clunk when they shut off , has anybody noticed this on their qashqai or any ideas?

Yes, I think I'm hearing this when radio is off (in silence). Not very loud sound, probably something turning off.
