Glow plugs
Had the same code P0380 and at mine was a bad glow plugs. Changed 4 of them and reset the code. So far all good. I read somewhere if you have bad glow plugs (not working properly) your DPF will block sooner or later again. The code P0380 is very broad and in manual procedure to check the system starts with fuse, connectors, relay and then glow plugs. I just jumped straight to the plugs as a blind shot but seems to be correct one. 4 glow plugs Bosh - £99. In the garage I would say around £160 up. Not a big job and can DIY but have a look on YT for some movies how to prepare for it. These are pretty delicate and can snap.
