Hi Folks
Our QQ is up for its 60,000 km service. I have the schedule from the dealer who want over 400 euros for what I think amounts to an oil and filter change. I'm just getting started with this car and wanted to ask which workshop manual should I get hold of and if there is a code reader that could be recommended to see what is going on inside the car? I bought the haynes, but it doesn't cover this engine which is really annoying.
Cheers all

Ger, I know the feeling, little info available re. 1.6 dCi maintenance for us who do it ourselves. 400 euros seems steep for an oil and filter change. I paid 175 euros for that last week, but not at a Nissan place, but yes I checked they used the right oil, which is crucial for dpf survival. Here they go with 18k kms. not miles for an oil change because of the cold. Renaults have the same engine, so perhaps some details there.
I saw somewhere a fuel filter change at 110k kms., and engine air and a/c pollen filters now and then...
Sooner or later a manual will appear, we just have to be patient. :)
