2019 - Upgrade to Original Touchscreen Carplay Head unit

My mother has the 2018 Qashqai with the basic head unit without touchscreen or Apple Carplay.

I found an original 2019 newer head unit with the touchscreen/carplay.

Does anyone know if it is a direct plug and play? Remove current unit, and plug in the newer one?

if you don`t have satnav etc in your current qashqai then the upgrade won`t work as you won`t have the correct connectors in car.
