J12 Boot D Hook/Anchor points

Hi all. Newbie here. I have a 2021 J12 with a dropped boot floor. In the boot there are two small slits on the right and left corners, about 20 cm above the floor. I think these are for d hooks/luggage anchor points, or they may be for the raised floor assembly. Question is, how do I get hold of the bolts/hooks? I need these as a dog cage I’ve got needs to hook onto them.

Cargo nets normally hook on to the fittings in boot. Any good diy store will do hook fittings
