is there any wiring fitted in the boot of a j11 for the installation of the bose amp. is it plug and play after install. cheers.

Hi the tekna was fitted with the bose amp, in other variants I don't think the wiring will be there.

Hi cheers its the tekna I have but it has the puncture inflation kit in boot. I was wanting to install a space saver and the bose amp. I will have a good look and see if cabling is there.

The bose amp should be underneath the Inflation kit. If your going to put a spare wheel in you'll need a 17" spare. The bose amp fits inside it.

The amplifier is under the drivers seat, The subwoofer is what is in the boot.

Get a 17" space saver for a Nisaan X-Trail, just watch the tyre profile or its a tough fit.

Worth putting some plastic tube over the subwoofer caable to protect it.

There is a big thread on here about doing it, and pictures from a few of us on what we did.
