Flashing battery light only on first drive of day

I recently had a new alternator fitted on my 2013 1.6 diesel Qashqai Tekna.

Since then I have noticed the battery light flashing while driving. But the strange thing is it only happens on the first drive of the day.

Why would this be? especially only on the first drive each day

Does anyone have any thoughts on this? We have confirmed that the new alternator that was recently fitted is charging the battery. And we have reset the car's computer.

I have had new alternator and battery fitted and battery light has been constantly on since then. The alternator and battery seem to be working fine.

I get U0111 Loss of communication with Battery energy control module.
