Cabin temperature changing to 23 degrees

Hello
I am new to this group. I recently purchased my new Qashqai e power Tekna and I am having problems with the climate control switching off automatically and then back on to 23 degrees. This happens on both auto and manual I’ve had it back to the dealer who did a diagnostic check but found no faults. I know several people on this forum have had the same problem and wondered if anyone has had this issue resolved. It’s doing my head in. Thank you
