newbie facing handsfree problem

Hi, I am new to the Qashqai J12 and also new to the forum. I managed to connect my Samsung phone via Bluetooth. When I accept calls, the other party can hear me well, but I cannot hear well due to poor sound quality, with glitches and crackling sounds. What could be the reason for this? The vehicle is brand new, so I hope it is not related to any issues with the vehicle. Can anyone suggest a solution for this?

Have you tried with other phone calls and other mobile phones? If the problem remain, then go to the dealer.

Yesterday it just worked fine, but today I face same problem once again. There must be some mechanism or connection problem causing this, but I do not know how. I hope it just goes away. Otherwise, I should go to the dealer.
