Ad blue control unit

Hi all

I have a 19 plate Tekna, early December a message flashed up 530 miles left , top up adblue, I did this, week later same message came up but obviously the adblue tank was full

Took to local Nissan dealer whom advised it was adblue control unit faulty,
few days later they said the part couldn’t be got in UK or Amsterdam so was coming from Japan , 6-8 weeks !

Just wondering if anyone else on here has had this adblue problem?

Yes - AdBlue problems have been reported - a quick search should reveal the relevant topics.

Thanks for the replies, on reading the linked thread no one seems to have had a satisfactory fix?
Is this correct ?
I’ve only had the car since August

Some people reported problems after only a few days.

To be honest your Nissan dealer is probably the best source of information - try and see if you can wangle a technical bulletin out of them if one's been issued.

I've just had same problem. Waiting for new control unit from Amsterdam. How long did yours take to arrive? Did replacement fix problem? Many thanks
