Can anyone help with this problem?

My Check engine MIL light is permanently off. It does not even come on when I turn the ignition on.
The DPF has been removed by a previous owner and I have a fake one installed. There are fault codes when read of P0409, P2002 and P2a00. I reset the codes but they came back almost immediately.
I have a DPF ready to fit but I wonder if the light has been disabled some how?
The Dashboard Dial cluster has been removed in the past but there are no bulbs to remove?

How do I turn this light back to normal?

I just want to reset the car back to how it was, can anyone help please? :|

I am not sure about Nissan's, but I know you can sometimes adjust VW/Audi/BMW engines to tell it there is no DPF and that is the correct way. The fact you are getting error codes coming up sounds as though no settings changes have been made and that they have simply removed the bulb or adjusted the wiring to the EML...

So your first step.... take your dash to bits and check out the light cluster.

Get the dpf put back on. Without it your car will fail an MOT if it is conducted correctly.
