Connected an OBD2 device to my car and it displayed an error code "P0380 DTC GLOWPLUG/HEATER CIRCUIT A MALFUNCTION"

The car is a 14 plate Tekna.

The car is a little juddery on first start but it clears within seconds.

Is it common for a glow plug to malfunction after just 2 years? Also, is anyone able to explain what "Circuit A" is?

I doubt a glow plug would be covered by warranty so not sure if I should contact Nissan or just replace the glow plug myself.

Your help will be appreciated...

Why wouldn't a glow plug be covered - I'd get it booked in for warranty repair.

My feeling is that if it throws up an error code, it ought to be covered by warranty. Can't hurt to phone 'em up!
