J11 & Cold Weather Problems.

I own a Qashqai J11 2014 1.5 dCi
I am in Finland. Its VERY cold. Recently it got colder. Temperatures dropped from -5C to -26C. As the winters over here are usually in minus Celsius temperatures, most cars are fitted with electrical pre-heating systems that warm up the car's oil tank and interior on the scheduled time. Plus to the preheating systems, we use DIN EN 590 Winter Diesel, which its jelling point is around -40C. The oil, antifreeze etc are all adapted to the weather conditions.
Though last year the temperatures weren't so low, it still had reached around -15C. I had no problem starting the engine. But for some reason this year something is wrong.
After turning on the glow plug I turn the key to start the engine but it doesn't start immediately, then I retry warming up the glow plug and start the engine. When it starts, the revs go to 1000 rpm as normal, then I leave it to warm up for a while as its extremely cold...This is the point when the 2nd problem starts: the engine starts to shiver, not being able to keep a steady rpm and the gauge is bouncing up and down. Whilst the shiver I can hear clanging sounds (injector ?). Even I gently press the accelerator, I cannot manually keep it at a steady rpm. I try to be careful and not to rev too much to so that I dont damage the turbo. After 5 minutes or so as the engine etc parts reach to certain temperature, the idle rpm becomes normal.
I also notice that normal fuel economy computer goes berserk to something like 70 liters/100 km , when I reset it, it still burns around 8.8 liters / 100km, which the winter normal is around 5.7 liters / 100 km.
What could be wrong with my Qashqai ? Any similar experiences ?
