Front Bumper removal

I have a Qashqai Acenta that I got in August 2015. Can anyone please give me any details / diagrams on how the front bumper is removed & also the way to remove & replace the offside headlight unit which was damaged by someone reversing into it whilst parked in a car park. I understand that I need to remove the front radiator grill to give access to one of the mounting bolts, but what other screws/bolts need to be removed & how are they accessed to remove the bumper? Thank you

Except that's the rear bumper!

Its all done and the damaged headlight unit has been replaced. With all the help & diagrams to refer to it wasn't that bad & did it is a shorter time that expected. Thank you again for all the assistance, very much appreciated. Cheers
