Has anyone had their offside front headlight glass blister after the headlights have been on.

Have to be bl++y hot to melt glass.
What model/ lighting have you got?

As above - model/year would be good.

I have seen this issue where people have installed 100w bulbs, but that's more the rear of the unit and wiring rather than the front. As you say it *should* be glass (unless they have changed it to plastic without realising!) so should not blister!

Picture is worth a thousand words in this case!

Yes I have seen it on QQ J10 pre-facelift version with xenon headlights. The reason: OEM HID burners were replaced by cheaper chinese version. I have mentioned this on the other forum a year ago.
