connect - what am i doing wrong ?

I decided to have a look at the connect feature on my QQ so I registered it on the Nissan site and all went well .I then downloaded the Nissan connect app on my S4 but when I log in on my phone it always says "your email or password is incorrect " but I can log in to the Nissan portal no problems .Any ideas ??

Un install Nissan connect ap then go onto the you plus site and register there then download Nissan connect again and log in

all sorted now ,my own fault .Used the Nissan chat feature on there website and was told I hadn't registered properly last week and the advisor sorted it for me .Was it worth it ? - No ,but at least its done . thanks john w for the reply .
