Just been and tried it with the USB, still no joy, says I need to activate on nissan portal??

yes mate you have to go to nissan portal (easier on PC) and register the car first get a username and password etchttp://www.nissan.co.uk/GB/en/YouPlus.htmlthen download the app and log in then once the phone is connected to the car then log in via your app

Also by trying to access the send to car I've somehow manage to lose the only 2 Apps the car has! No Facebook or Google search...
