Hi All,
Just purchased Viofo A119S. Has anyone installed any A119 in a Tekna, if yes what side of the rear view mirror was it fixed to. I would prefer fixing it on the driver's side to facilitate easier reach/ monitor view but if I place it too close to the mirror housing, video picture is partially obstructed by it. Further away camera would not be as discreet. Any ideas, possibly with pictures would be appreciated.

I have an A118, which is similar, in my car on the passenger's side of the rear mirror housing. Once set up, you don't need to view the display (which turns off after 30 seconds anyway). Its wide angle makes it hard to avoid catching some of the mirror housing in the picture, and its proximity to the glass does seem to amplify reflections, too. I have it so that the lens is just below the dotted section of the top of the windscreen -- I'll take a pic tomorrow.
