DaveI had the same issues. I only solved it through an original iPhone Cable as other cables were not working. Not worth the Apps though. To have iPhone connected at the expense of the songs on my pendrive - not worth it. I only have a 16GB iphone full of apps, no space for songs so ...

Turned out my car wasn't setup correctly on the You+Nissan portal, make sure you have activated your subscriptions on the portal before connecting to the car for the first time.
But as others have said it wasn't really worth the hassle for the apps it offers.

Tekna CVT 1.6 Magnetic Red - born 4/4/14 P/X 25/10/2015 for £19k with 12,000 on the clock - great car but time to change. No problems whatsoever in those 18 month's.

My Tekna 163 was delivered about 26 Feb and collected 1 Mar 2015 but note that its serial number is 0395003, much less than the one quoted 1 Apr in this thread, and the SD Card version is the same as that on 1 Apr at 4008647325. So no change there.Software version is D300 but the hardware is 031. A regression from the more recent 053 quoted elsewhere.Thought I'd share this with those that try to follow the progress of these vehicles' so called updates!Just what's going on?

I don't have the answer but I suspect that you have your wires crossed with the hardware revision numbers you quote. D053 was certainly a software revision with D300 being the latest I believe. I'm totally lost with hardware revisions but there are certainly some on here who will put me right I'm sure, Duncho for a start.
