Newbie here, so apologies if I've missed a post (I did search before posting!)
My 64 plate Nissan Qq 1.5 DCI Acenta Premium master key fob drained down to the point the battery (Duracell CR2032) needed replacing. Having now done so the key fob no longer works. I've checked that the battery works in another device OK so it's not the battery. I've checked it's fitted correctly (i.e. + face down) and there's no issue with any contacts in the battery fob.
Does the battery need to be re-programmed or reset perhaps? - anyone know the procedure for doing this? (or have any other ideas what the problem could be).
Many thanks to all in advance.
Key fob 'reset'?

Try using your other key to gain entry and start the car, then hold the non-working fob up to the Start button to try and re-establish the pairing.

Hi Landee, thanks for the reminder! Worked a treat, although for some odd reason the fob with the replaced battery (new Duracell Cr2032) doesn't have as strong a signal than the other . i.e.I need to be within ~2 meters or it won't open or close. I'm not so bothered though as long as I have a working spare. Appreciate any advice on why the spare should be so weak though...it wasn't prior to replacing the battery.
p.s. Thanks to Hound for the fix.
