Special Sound upgrade solution made to fit Nissan Qashqai J11: http://www.focal.com/nissan/en/ (select vehicle from dropdown menu)

The pricing according to the official Nissan accessory list, available from January 2016 (All prices incl. VAT and installation):

Focal Music Drive: € 230.00
Focal Music Premium (Kit 4.1): € 820.00

Focal Music Live
Focal ref. : IFR 165-4
Nissan ref. : KS280-4E11A
Consists of 2 x 165mm low / mid front speaker and 2 x tweeter.
Frequency response: 60Hz - 28kHz
Load capacity: 60Watt RMS, 120 watts maximum.
Connect to the existing speaker wiring.
The tweeters are provided with their own housing that you could use to build, but can also be fitted. The door speakers are supplied with rings for the three-point attachment of the Qashqai

Focal Music Drive
Focal ref. : IFR 165-2
Nissan ref. : KS280-4E100
Consists of 2 x 165mm 2-way coaxial speaker back.
Frequency response: 60Hz - 20kHz
Load capacity: 60Watt RMS, 120 watts maximum.
Connect to the existing speaker wiring.
The door speakers are supplied with rings for the three-point attachment of the Qashqai

Focal Music Premium
kit 4.1
Focal ref .: IFR A165-4.1
Nissan ref. : KS280-4E12B
Consists of the Focal Music Live speakers and IBus 2.1 subwoofer / amplifier.
The IBus 2.1 has an active subwoofer 200mm.
Frequency response: 45Hz - 150Hz
The amplifier is supplying 75 watts RMS, 150 watts maximum.
The IBus 2.1 also features a stereo amplifier board for strengthening the front door speakers.
Power: 2 x 55 Watt RMS, 2 x 110 watts maximum
Frequency response: 55Hz - 55KHz
The IBus 2.1 can be either in the trunk or under a seat to be fitted.

Someone tried any of these? They are slightly cheaper if you buy them from Renault btw.

Thanks for the instructions, duncho - very useful!
Did you tried these yourself? Are they any better than the OEMs?

I have my own setup, but these will definitely be much better than OEM.

I have just gotten the full door kit (no sub) And the sound is a lot better than the standard speakers - even before they are properly warmed up.
If you want original stuff and not mess around in the car yourself i warmly recommend the Focal set

Which set did you go for, Drive or Live?
Who fitted them?
Is the difference that remarked?

I went for the Live and Drive package. So full door upgrade front and back, without sub.
