2nd service should be more than that, as it's a major service.
Check they gave you that. 1st service is minor, then major and so on.

Many thanks for the summary. I've just checked the Nissan service plan invoice and it states 'Major Service'. It covers all the items above, except coolant, and comes to £186.40.
There is no VAT shown and no mention of software/firmware upgrade.
I'll contact the Arbury Nissan, Bromsgrove tomorrow.
How long does it take for the upgrade to be undertaken? Is it a while-you -wait job?
