Connect to trailer/caravan

Hello.
I have a new caravan.

But when i set the car In reverse, the parking sensors make noise...should it NOT be turn off?

When i drive at Night the Right blindspot is flashing with the caravan behind.

What is Wrong?

Nothing wrong at all, thats just the way it is. Parking sensor will need to be switched off manually when you are reversing, and the blind spot warning works off the rear camera so the same goes for that.

Not programmed to, you still need to switch off manually. Maybe if its a genuine Nissan fit towbar it will cancel automatically but not if its an aftermarket fit, I dont know. Ask your dealer.

Yes. But a new car Like that should turn it OFF Like the Fog Like do.

Have you got a 7 or 13 pin connection?

I have a genuine Nissan tow bar installation with a 7 pin connection and the sensors stay active. Dealer said that with a 13 pin connection the sensors deactivate, think he might have just said that to keep me quiet though
