I popped into our dealer here today and got a call from the Stores Guy who presented me with details of the Space Saver Wheel now available as a Kit from Nissan. The Nissan part No Specified is #J11RAD on their System and it includes the following with a Total cost of (in Euros) a‚¬174,99

#40300-JD077 16" Space Saver Spare Wheel a‚¬21,72
#40353-9F500 80 Km/h Warning Label a‚¬0,36
#74810-JY00A Clamp a‚¬10,44
#99550-EY20A Jack a‚¬14,64
#99552-EY10A Jack Handle a‚¬3,60
#84977-4EA0A Spacer Piece Right a‚¬25,20
#84979-4EA0A Spacer Piece Left a‚¬24,00

Then comes the Tyre stated as Continental CST 17 / 145/90 R16 106M #03505940000 a‚¬72,15

I believe then you will require the TPMS Valve #407003VU0A Sensor + #40780JA01B Nut Total a‚¬53,90
As a comparison here is the website information from Glyn Hopkin :

Finally I hope that this will help you all now instead of ordering bits & pieces you can order a Nissan Kit if interested.
I would just like to mention that a relartionship can be built up with Nissan Dealers and in my case it works Positively ! - Dave

I don't think you need the tpms sensor for an emergency wheel, at least not in UK.What's the clamp?

andrewjoseph, god you are quick I had the same thought last night but the WM stopped me posting a comment. I believe you are correct in your comment as the Wheel is classed as an "Emergency Wheel" supposedly for Short get me home distances. How the ommision of the TPMS Valve affects the Electronic Set Up or the Law to be honest I have no idea.
The "Clamp" incidently I believe when I asked is the Central Plastic Handle for the Wheel Centre Clamping and I think you will find the Screw Threaded length is shorter ( probably not needed just a Hacksaw Job for the delivered Part with the Gunk ).
Hope this answers your points - Thanks Dave

For the plastic clamp, don't cut it, just put some spacers under it.I think the emergency wheel with no tpms sensor will prevent all the others from being displayed while that wheel is on and the law allows for this.
