Tekna Wheels have two part colours black and silver. I know that the silver is alloy but don't know what the black area is. How do you polish this side of the wheel where it is black, because I am curious don't want to take any paint or make it dull.

Shiny bit is diamond cut, but the black paint parts can easily be scratched, so be gentle & use soft cloth to clean.
Scratches can be polished out with the right polish.

so the black bit of the wheels are actually paint. Maybe autoglym resin polish will do the trick.

The black parts are painted but the whole wheel is lacquered, so waxing and polishing the whole thing as you would with any paint will be beneficial. It’s what I always do and they come up nicely.
