Yes, although the 'system' accepted them, they were the wrong format. Will try again.

How about some details such as the wax and protection brands used and how you applied etc?

Used that years ago on a previous car. Absolutely brilliant and very long lasting. Found the extra gloss coat hard to buff up, but worth the elbow grease.

Well pleased with the results. The Extra Gloss went on really easy and left for 45 minutes. The buffing up was easy as well.

It does look good, very good in fact, but I suspect it will be more than a few months before before I try - you might have noticed that I've not managed in the first 9 months. Have bought the same kit though hopefully it won't dry out before I find the time!

Since retiring and having more time on my hands I seem to have developed an obsession for waxing the car. It has the SuperGuard from new, but every time I wash the car I go over it with Collinite 476 wax as it is so easy to apply and rub off and gives an unbelievable beading effect. The car is so surface smooth that every drop of water just runs away whilst driving and if you throw a cloth on it slides straight off.Sound daft but I must have put around 12 coats of wax since I collected the car, but it does look great. Here is a link to their site, but I can be bought on ebay/Amazon cheaper.http://www.collinite.com/automotive-wax ... paste-wax/
