2015 Delays

I was told my Tekna would arrive by the end of this month, so basically any day now.

Just found out from my dealership that it's now expected on the 27th February!

Has anyone else had this delay?

The dealership are trying to speak directly with Nissan to speed it up as they will lose a lot money on the car I'm trading in as it'll depriciate a lot (BMWs can drop by £800 a month during the winter months!).

Very frustrating!

Very frustrating![/QUOTE]Indeed it is, frustrating - but many here will have waited more than six months in the first year. What spec is your car? On the plus side it's well worth the wait.
Tekna CVT 1.6 Magnetic Red - born 4/4/14 P/X 25/10/2015 for £19k with 12,000 on the clock - great car but time to change. No problems whatsoever in those 18 month's.

Sorry to hear that your delivery date has been put back. Our last three qashqai took just over 3 months from order being placed to dealer delivery. Had a couple of X-trail before that both of which were ex-demonstrators so no problem there! We placed our order for the 1.6dci Qashqai Tekna 4wd on 16 November and were told that it would arrive on the 1st March. As far as I am aware this is still the case, having said that I am in touch with the salesman (who will no doubt be glad to be shot of me after all the 'freebies' I have asked to be included in the deal including spare wheel and kit and tow bar) However we will see next month when I will give him another call for an update

Good luck it will be worth the wait as I am sure you know..

Just found out it's now arriving tomorrow for a Saturday pickup! No 15 plate after all but I get the new car sooner!

Obviously dealer seeking to get revenue in January to maximise his rebate arrangements!

Good news and enjoy the new car. We have had our 1.5 Tekna for 7 months and love it.

Ordered 15 dci NTEC+ in gunmetal 5 jan 2015 phoned by dealer yesterday has arrived at dealership for March 1st delivery

Unless things go pear shaped, I will be doing well with my order, ordered 1.2 Dig-T Ntec on 7th Feb 15 and its expected in dealers on March 13th.

Ordered a 1.5d N tec+ on 15th Feb, got an email yesterday {23rd) to say it would be ready on 3rd March.
