Could this be the Transformation of Nissan's After Sales Service (NCS etc) or is it going all Electronic with less Personal Contact. It does appear though at last they are going to jump more on the "Customisation" Bandwagon with Accessories etc. Let's see what happens hopefully it's an improvement - Dave
