I thought these might interest some of you as a quick mobile device for the City they should fit in the back of the QQ :
This Guy is a Farmer in Changsha China and spent 10 years building his "Suitcase Racer". The Akkus last for 6 hours and can reach a speed of 20 km/h (12.5 mph), take a look at the inside it looks a bit High Tech !
