Unbelievable old bill won't prosecute; can you not appeal that decision with officer in charge of traffic for force involved and or raise with your local PCC.

Van man insurers have paid up "without prejudice" so paid without admitting liability. Odd, but at least I don't have an insurance claim against me.

Thankfully the young lad is insured but him and his mates are going to end up killing somebody.

If he was an employee & you know company name a copy of your footage should make it's way to Fleet Manager & Coy's Health & Safety Manager; many companies have policies regarding driving standards when driving fleet vehicles.

Unbelievable, I don't understand how people can be so inconsiderate and just drive off. A van reversed into me recently, because he was trying to get out of the way of an ambulance. Thankfully, not much damage. Glad you're okay, and didn't get hurt.

However, there are legal penalties if you do this and enter a bus lane or partly cross a red light & cameras are present.
