Please help

I need help sorting this rattle out. It's a constant metallic rattle that comes from inside the passenger side door arm rest. It goes when I apply very light pressure to the stitching area of the arm rest. The dealers can't seem to fix it and they even change the door card but it still remains. Also to courtesy cars have the exact same rattle. I want to take the door card off have a look inside the armrest part. It's like a small metal clip is loose. Any help please.

Mine is different to that. I only have to apply the slightest of touches to the armrest stitching and the rattle goes. Will attempt to get inside and have a look.
