Gearbox ratios

The gearbox ratios on my new QQ 1.5 dci seem different from my 2010 model.On local roads, I note that I need to drop down a gear from what I had been using.Has anyone else noticed this change ?

Not had a QQ before. All I can say is that the ratio between 1 and 2 seems very short to me but after that it seems fine for a diesel engine of that size.

I noticed that in the test drives and just got into habit of going into 2nd earlier then I normally would but it is not a big deal really.
