Heating matrix

Hi all

I am hawing trouble regarding cabin heat in our 2007 J10 2,0 petrol engine car, one thing I noticed is that the pipes into the heating matrix are not eaqual hot when the heater are in hi possistion and car is at normal heat, the lower pipe is very hot and the upper pipe are just hand warm or maby litle more and here I am talking about close to the matrix.
Is this normal ?

Im certainly no expert, but it sounds like u have air in the system, maybe.
