What is the timing/deadline for regular reviews ?

I own a Nissan Qashqai from +/- 9 months. This is a model with a 1.6 diesel engine. When I took possession of my car, the garage told me « see you in one year for the first technical review ». Looking at the manual I received, I find no program regarding deadlines for reviews. Can anyone provide me this information? Thanks in advance.

I assume he just means your first service, that's all.

es, it could be my first service, but I have no ideae of the timing of these services.
Each year ? Evrey two years ? Or reaching a certain number of kilometers (miles) ???

I believe its every 12 months or every 18k miles, whichever is the soonest. Have a look in your owners manual for further details.

The problem is that I don't find those détails in my owner manual.

Don't you have a maintenance record booklet?

Pages 17 and 18 in mine clearly describe the maintenance plan for my 2015 1.6dci, itemising the inspection and replacement
of components in both intermediate and full maintenance, and when the services should be carried out.

Intermediate Maintenance: Every 12 months / 18,000 miles (about 29,000 km)

Full Maintenance: Every 24 months / 36,000 miles (about 58,000 km)
Used to have 2015 1.6dCi 130 Xtronic N-tec+ in Gun Metallic

mine is completely blank , no vehicle details , dealer stamp , nothing , it could be any car , any date .

i dont know if it matters in these days of computerised records .
Qashqai acenta 1.2 petrol xtronic jan2016 - flame red - no bells and whistles.

previous , now departed , Primera 2l petrol cvt 2001 147000 faultless miles.

Keep in mind this seems to vary from region to region.

Here in Australia we seems to get the short end of the stick, and it's 12 months / 10,000 km

Our QQ is going into the Dealer tomorrow for the "Sqeaky Steering Update" and I was looking through our Service Book and again for our 1,2l it is "12 month / 20,000 Kms. Take a look at the old Post in "Search" / "J11 Servicing Intervals" - Dave ;)
