Re: Parking sensors , Radiator fan and air con issues

Check attached Nissan QQ document for J11...page CO-47. May not be 100% correct That's great thanks. Having found some Russian videos on YouTube I think I needed to remove the radiator core support to be able to remove the fan without draining down as others here have said they've achieved. Their v...

Re: Parking sensors , Radiator fan and air con issues

Hi, have discovered my radiator fan has seemingly suffered this same fate. Tried extracting it but can't seem to lift it upwards. Have removed the lower securing screws either side plus the one in the middle securing a support bracket. It seems loose and moves around I just cannot get it to lift. It...

Re: Reversing Camera Wash Dispensing Fault

Ah so it's an "intelligent self clean" system interestingly linked to the blind spot monitoring as this too has been alerting me to lots of fresh air beside me from time to time. If I wipe of the excess screen wash dispensed the image is crystal clear so puzzled as to why the system thinks...

Reversing Camera Wash Dispensing Fault

Hi, Daft problem which at first I put down to a build up of snow which fell recently but it seems since then (don't know if coincidental) I'm frequently finding the reverse camera covered in bubbly screen wash & a big pool of it sitting on top of the bumper. Doesn't seem to do it everytime rever...

Re: Possible key problems?

We were having lots of key not detected messages when sat in the car with the keys & was constantly having to wave them around to be detected. Was getting almost impossible to start it at times. Whilst this was happening locking by using the button on the handle was also getting erratic. Swapped...

Re: Locking Behaviour

Well she swung by the dealers today to ask & apparently this is normal behaviour.
Can't say I've ever paid it any attention other than listening out for the mirrors closing to know it's locked.

Locking Behaviour

Hi, Can someone compare the motions my QQ goes through when locking compared to others? Came home last night & the missus was in a panic saying there was something wrong with the car. I've gone out & had a look & initially thought there was something wrong but in hind sight I've never pa...

Re: DRL modules installed

A little trick I use occasionally to identify a wire without cutting it is to stick a small pin or sewing needle through the insulation and connect to that as a test, it causes only minimal damage to the insulation. Or whilst holding your test probe against the blade of a stanley knife press the wi...

Re: Vauxhall defector

Hi Graham, I too have left a life long of driving Vauxhalls. Started off as a boy racer in the Mk2 Astra GTE 16v    then finished with a family in a 1.9tdi Zafira B SRi which don't get me wrong still had some go but man the problems that car gave me was the last straw. Unl...

Re: Missing interior part after accident repair?

The missus is out in ours at the moment so can't check but as an auto electricain in a previous life I was used to crawling around footwells & removing panels and that just looks just like any other footwell. I expect the stud / clip you're refering to on the right secures the "kick panel&q...
