Re: AirCon not working, dealer insists on regassing?
Have just had my 2014 1.5 dci, which has done 14K, repaired for the second time in 6 months due to de-gassing. Main dealer said on first occasion that it was 'a faulty seal' on the condenser, this last time it was a 'faulty seam' and the unit was replaced under warranty. On both times I've had the '...

Re: Aircon not working
Had the same problem a couple of months ago. My QQ was just 13 months old. Proved to be a bad seal in the compressor that had slowly leaked the gas out. It was repaired and re-gassed without cost under warranty.

Red Car - The Photos
Got to say the red and black looks great, in fact it gives it quite an "aggressive" look. Don't mention the 'white stuff'...you're just tempting fate

Welcome to the forum. It's one of the 'bugbears' that Nissan don't offer a longer base warranty. However, if you order a 1.6 DCi CVT Tekna, the figures "5 to 7 years" might be mentioned by the sales person

Nissan Murano Cross Cabriolet USA
Very classy and unusual! I assume you're in the 'Sunshine State' at present Dave? Have a nice time and don't overfill the cases with QQ goodies

She's Arrived....and now chromed!!
Foxy G - thanks for the info. If I had the car fully detailed now, would it prevent swirls and marks from forming from washing down the local human car wash, do you think? Would the polish/wax prevent damage, to a degree? Cheers
I imagine it would reduce the effect...

She's Arrived....and now chromed!!
I use the dude down my local Sainsbury's, he charged me £10 for a wash, wax and polish and TBH he did a bl00dy good job of it too, took my car into my local stealer for the 18k service last Friday and they did a courtesy wash and vacuum and to be fair made a right ...

Delivery Delays
I was at my dealers yesterday for a 'complimentary check up' and asked my salesman if things were improving on QQ deliveries. Once he'd stopped rolling around on the floor laughing he said that they were getting more info from Nissan UK on a more regular basis but 1.6Dci's were a long wait and 1.6 C...

1.5dci Exhaust viberation noise
I suspect mine is producing the same noise...just over 1600 miles. Hadn't really noticed it 'til comments were made on here. Booked in at the dealers for a 'complimentary' 1500 mile check up in 2 days and I have a "little list", courtesy of this forum , for them to check
